Injection moulding

Our injection moulding machines, horizontal and vertical with turn-table for insert moulding, cover the range from 10 tons up to 175 tons clamping force.

Raw materials drying and feeding are automatic.

The main markets we supply are:

• plastic toe-caps for security shoes
• lightning (Havells-Sylvania)

We use technical raw-materials, mainly PC, ABS, PA, TPU.

Moulds for plastic injection moulding

The tool-shop aloud us to cover our needs in moulds. Nevertheless we supply tools for other costumers as well. In-house injection tests of the produced tools avoid incidents after delivery.

Computer and machines communicate directly via the LAN. CAD-CAM Solid Works software complete the picture.
